On December 1^st, 2008 a couple friends and myself had the wonderful opportunity to meet Dr. Wayne Dyer.  He spoke at the Queen Elizabeth Theater in Vancouver, BC to a crowd of approximately 4500. 

Dr. Dyer is undoubtedly one of the most down to earth, inspirational people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.  He entered through the audience, shaking people’s hands and having conversations with many.  He smiled and sent an aura of love and peace throughout the building, touching the hearts of everyone, I am sure.

We had the great pleasure of going to the meet and greet after the main event.  Again, Dr. Wayne Dyer had time to meet and greet everyone with a smile and a hug.  He autographed books for all those that brought them and smiled brightly through every picture that was requested by inspired readers of his work.

I was delighted that he signed my book and a book for a friend whose Mother had just passed away and could not make it to the event.  He lovingly wrote “In Memory of your Mother” and some inspirational words to my friend.  She was so touched by his kindness when I gave her the book.  He smiled beautifully in our picture together as seen on this site, and I never felt that I was being hurried through the whole process.  He gave me a beautiful white rose which I am currently drying out to put in a frame.

I would recommend that if you ever have the opportunity to see Wayne Dyer in person, that you take advantage of your luck and listen to his inspirational words of wisdom.
