A startling fact is, in God’s creation nothing moves forward without some effort being made by the participant. Sometimes the effort is tremendous and almost beyond measure, sometimes it is small and accomplished with little sweat. Anytime a person toils and sews the seeds of success a harvest time will follow.

We all want to be listened to, to be heard. When we are hurting we want others to understand and be there for us. Unfortunately, many people do not know how to be empathetic or compassionate. They may mean well and don’t show it. Or what seems like a big issue to you does not seem that important to them or they grow tired of it over time. The more empathy you can give to others, the more likely you will receive it when needed.

Family begins in love through marriage and establishes a social order as old as motherhood, consisting of Husband, wife, and children. It is within this structure where children learn responsibility, values, morals, work ethic, love and the meaning of life. Mother and father also learn certain values contained in their teaching decision making, endurance, praise, and correction as they raise their children. It is as important for the parent to learn as the child.

Be assured, you will never have to be satisfied with just a job again because you are in command of your destiny. You will hold your head up a little higher, walk a little brisker, and speak with authority. You will have that radiant glow that announces to the world that you are the best you can be. When you enter a room everyone takes notice. You are not arrogant in your new found knowledge but rather compassion rules your connection with others.

The road to success and wealth is narrow and not traveled as often as those who are content in their situation. Remember, the road you choose will be your experience for life’s journey. It's important that you take the right road for once you get on it there is no turning back until you experience the effect of your choice. In every decision there is a consequence. Some are quick while others are long lasting, many affect others around you but all have an impersonal end result.

There are no promises; no one ever said life would be a rose garden. Life comes at you full of stress and negative events, there's no getting around it, at times, life stinks. Even so, tomorrow must be met and past events must stay in the past. You are on a one way road and if you have the fortitude to meet the challenges you can step up and be a leader. Leaders are no different that anyone else, they just recognize their limitations and don’t go beyond them.
